The leadership process is translating this vision of the future state into motion. It is about story telling, enlistment and commitment. It involves very important people (all who partner) in giving the energy to this total process. Keeping this energy going only comes from having an inspiring vision and living it with blood, sweat & tears. Everyone knows when they have seen or been part of a great vision.
